A consultation with Mr Rohit Kumar begins with a detailed history about your symptoms and concerns. This is a crucial part of the process to determine what is exactly is going on and also to understand in detail the impact it is having on your life. Following the history, you will then undergo an examination of the area in question. Examination may include a physical inspection of the neck area, microscopic assessment of the ears and also an endoscopic assessment of the throat using a small camera via the nasal passage.
Once the examination is complete, we will then discuss the findings and plans for treatment. Occasionally further tests may be required including scans and X-rays. These will be arranged to take place on a seperate visit with a follow up appointment arranged to discuss the results.
